We're in an eclectic, established, quiet, centrally-located residential neighborhood of Denton, TX. Walking distance to UNT (University of North Texas) and convenient to TWU (Texas Woman's University). MCM fans will find a number of beautifully updated period homes here nestled among the mature trees, and a number of original Mount-Miller designs among them.

You'll have access to the full Casita, the private walk leading to it, and the fenced backyard!
Good to know
800 sq. ft of newly built comfort and luxury. 2 bedrooms each have their own bathroom. Pull-out queen size sofa boasts a brand new, luxury matress. Private backyard shaded by mature trees. Casita is located in the large backyard of our main residence, so we may even cross paths! Don't worry, we do our best to honor all guests' privacy and quiet - we're happy to engage, but we'll let you take the lead.
Other Details to Note
The Casita may require reserving guests to sign an electronic rental agreement prior to check-in. Early check-in/late check-out require 24 hrs. advance notice. A $25 expedited cleaning fee will be charged for early check-ins on the same day as previous guest's departure, or late check-out on same day as next guest's arrival. We can help make your life easier if you're traveling with small children! Ask for the pack n' play or recommendations for local sitters. The Casita is named in honor of our cat Tenzin, who truly lived up to the moniker "Bandit Cat" - but nevertheless would welcome all guests as they arrived in the Casita's early days. You'll find photos and reminders of him throughout the space.
